Java/Node.js DeveloperHybrid role at TX, CA, MO, NYRole OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Java/Node.js Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience, proficiency in Java and Node.js, and a solid understanding of modern software architecture and cloud technologies.Key Responsibilities• Application Development:Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js (Express/NestJS).• API Development:Build and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications.• Database Management:Work with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.• Performance Optimization:Ensure application scalability, security, and performance tuning.• Cloud & Deployment:Deploy applications on AWS/Azure/GCP and manage CI/CD pipelines.• Collaboration:Work closely with front-end developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.• Code Quality:Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.• Troubleshooting:Debug and resolve technical issues across environments.Required Skills• Programming Languages:Strong proficiency in Java and Node.js.• Frameworks & Tools:Spring Boot, Express.js, NestJS.• Databases:MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB.• Version Control:Git, GitHub/GitLab.• Cloud & DevOps:AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.• Testing:Unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mocha/Chai).• Other:Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.Preferred QualificationsExperience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).Knowledge of containerization and orchestration.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Exposure to front-end technologies (React/Angular) is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
